Abstract

The study aimed to identify the factors affecting Patients waiting period requesters to serve surgeries in Surgery Hospital at Al shifa Complex medical. The researcher used the statistical descriptive method and quantitative measurement through constructing the appropriate regression models in the program entitled of " Quantitative Method and Production and Operations Management". The study population consists of patient waiting lists requesting surgical services from Surgery Hospital at Al Shifa Medical Complex between the period of January 2012 and November 2014; the study showed the following outcomes

The legislative and the executive direction have passed a historical and difficult period these directions have a crucial role in overcoming all crisis even during these days. The two directions struggle a lot in the times of siege and the confrontation of several levels in a perfect way. This study aims at recognizing the level of psychological flexibility and the competence of management of crisis of the legislative and executive direction in the Gaza Strip .Besides, the study aims at studying their mutual relationships.
