Abstract
This current study focused on obstacles of implementing marketing information systems in non-governmental hospitals in Gaza governorates from their administrative staff point of view. The main obstacles in implementing such systems are: lack of top level management support for such systems, insufficient resources (human, financial, and technical), weaknesses in organizations policies and procedures, and weaknesses in the organizational structure. The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the research objectives, and to get an accurate picture of the research topic.
