بإشراف وفد من الكلية الملكية للجراحين في بريطانيا الإدارة العامة لتنمية القوى البشرية تفتتح الدورة الثانية من مهارات الجراحة الأساسية

أكد د. رامي العبادلة مدير عام تنمية القوى البشرية على تميز ونوعية دورتي جراحة المناظير ومهارات الجراحة الأساسية التي تًعقد في التنمية بإِشراف الوفد الطبي من الكلية الملكية للجراحين في بريطانيا وبمشاركة طاقم الجراحين المحلي في وزارة الصحة.
جاء ذلك خلال افتتاحه الدورة الثانية من مهارات الجراحة الأساسية والتي تستهدف الأطباء العاملين في أٌقسام الطوارئ -الجراحة العامة – والعظام في مختلف الملستفيات بوزارة الصحة .
وثمن د. العبادلة الدور البارز لمؤسسة العون الطبي للفلسطينيين MAP-UP، وجهودهم في بناء الكفاءات من الكوادر بوزارة الصحة، فضلاً عن تقديم الأجهزة والمستهلكات الطبية، والتنسيق مع الكلية الملكية للجراحين في بريطانيا لاستقطاب أصحاب الخبرة من المدربين الأكفاء تزامناً مع الظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها القطاع الصحي في غزة.
لافتا إلى إنه من المتوقع بأن ينعكس المخرج النهائي من الدورة على تطوير الخدمة الضحية المقدمة وعلى تحسين صحة المريض الفلسطيني، آملا بأن يستطيع الطاقم المحلي بجهوده وكفاءته تنظيم وعقد هذه الدورات في المستقبل القريب .
وفي كلمته عبّر البروفيسور Bijindra patel عن سعادته في تنفيذ الدورتين، وتعاون الطاقم المحلي من المدربين، مشيراً إلى حرص المتدربين على الاستفادة من البرنامج بالشكل الأمثل. تجدر الإشارة إلى ان هذه الدورة الثانية التي يعقدها الوفد خلال زيارته لقطاع غزة ومن المقرر مغادرته بعد الانتهاء اليوم الثاني والأخير من الدورة.

Phase Training Program of Basic Surgical Skills MOH-Rohia Soliman The D.G. of HRD opens the Basic Surgical Skills training program for the second time This work is not going randomly; the HRD has the plan and knows the way to put the plan into effect. A famous charity organization like the Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP UK) sincerely provides technical support to the MOH health and medical staff. The proof is the close coordination and collaboration with the Royal College of Surgeons-Britain to bring in 3 highly qualified medical consultants who came to Gaza not only with their faculty and skills but also with their hearts and support. The matter is not to get funding for construction or medical equipment, the matter is purely Capacity Building, what counts more is the investment in the human resources not the machinery. The HRD almost stay assured that with this level of high quality training the Palestinian medical cadres could upgrade their skills and competency. The Royal College of Surgeons’ Team came all the way through from Britain to Gaza at this specific difficult circumstances that the Palestinian People in Gaza is experiencing to help and support the MOH medical Team. In gratitude and appreciation of all the efforts rendered by both the foreign team and the MOH local team, the HRD is expecting the best outcome out of these training programs with the hope that the medical service care will be bettered and the Palestinian petients’health will be improved. Expecting that these training courses be run locally and independently by MOH local teams
