لإدارة العامة لتنمية القوى البشرية تفتتح الدورة الثانية في الانعاش القلبي المتقدم ACRT

افتتحت الإدارة العامة لتنمية القوى البشرية بوزارة الصحة الدورة الثانية في الانعاش القلبي المتقدم Advance Cardiovascular Resuscitation Technics والتي استهدفت 22 طبيباً وطبيبة من تخصصات الطوارئ والعناية المركزة والتخدير والباطنة والنساء والتوليد بالمستشفيات التابعة لوزارة الصحة، حيث سيتم الدمج بين منهجي الانعاش القلبي المتقدم الأمريكي والمنهج الأوروبي.
من جهته أكد مدير عام تنمية القوى البشرية د.رامي العبادلة على أهمية الدورة في كونها بداية و نواة للحقائب الأساسية الملزمة للأطباء بمختلف التخصصات و المسميات الوظيفية المختلفة ، علما بأن هذه الحقائب سوف تكون جزءً من نظام التدريب المستمر المعتمد CPD مثمناً دور المدربين وجهودهم في تطوير الكوادر الطبية ، لافتاً إلى تنوع الدورات التدريبية التي تنفذها تنمية القوى البشرية ودورها في الارتقاء بالمستوى الفني والإداري والبحثي للكوادر الطبية والصحية…
وأشار د. العبادلة إلى أن هذه الدورة يتم تنفيذها بجهود مدربين محليين من وزارة الصحة ويقدمها نخبة من المدربين الأكفاء بالوزارةد.هشام الزيناتي، ود. خالد مطر، د. سمر النحال، د. محمد مطر، بالإضافة إلى مساعدين مدربين ممن اجتازوا الدورة الاولى.
من جهته أوضح أ.محمد نوفل رئيس قسم متابعة التدريب في الخدمة إلى أن الهدف من عقد الدورة تشكيل نواة من المدربين ممن يجتازوا الامتحان العملي والنظري ضمن معايير خاصة ليصبحوا مدربين معتمدين لهذا الدورة.
يذكر أن الدورة سيتم عقدها لمدة يومين متتالين سيتخللها جانب نظري وتدريب عملي على طريقة التعامل مع حالات القلب والسكتات الدماغية في اللحظات الأولى من حدوثها بصورة سريعة وفقاً للطرق الطبية الحديثة المتبعة مما يقلل من نسبة الوفيات والمضاعفات الناتجة عن هذه الحالات.

The Course targeted 22 male and female doctors from specialties like Emergency, ICU, Anesthesia, Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the MOH Hospitals as the American ACRT Curriculum and the European One will be integrated.
The Course is of prime importance as it would be the start point and nucleus of Compulsory Basic Technical Training Courses for all the doctors of different specialties and with different job titles.
These Technical Training Courses will act as part of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
The good role and efforts made by the Courses Trainers in developing the medical cadres are highly appreciated. This highlights the various training courses organized by the HRD and their role in promoting the Technical, Admin and Research level for all medical and health cadres.
It is worth to inform that these courses are implemented by a group of qualified technical local trainers from the MOH
(Dr. Hesham Zanati, Dr.Khaled Matar, Dr. Samar Al Nahhal, Dr.Mohammad Matar) and Trainers’ Assistants from those who passed the First Course.
The Objective of organizing this training course is purely to formulate a nucleus of competent trainers from those who pass the theoretical and practical exam according to special standards in order to become certified trainers of this course.
The Course will last for 2 days and it will be in theory and practice on the way to fast handle the cardiac cases and strokes since the first moments of receiving them according to the new medical approved techniques, in a way that decreases the number of mortalities and complications resulted from these cases.
