For the first time, the Ministry of Health publishes the national health indicators for 2019-2020 via its website<\/p>\n
The Palestinian Health Information Center (PHIC) announced that they launched the health indicators platform through the MOH’s website.
\nThe platform deals with population (demographic) health indicators and several topics to demonstrate the development of Gaza’s health situation.
\nPHIC Director Mr. Hani Al-Wahidi said that this platform publishes accurate numbers and percentages of the ministry’s accomplishments during the past years in health facilities.
\n These indicators help planning for the General Directorates, departments, units, and programs to perform their work in more organized methods.
\nAssist in measuring any process to improve the quality of work, the effectiveness of workers, focus on the institution’s success in measuring performance to match the regional ministries of health in accessing correct health information.
\nMr. Al-Wahidi added, “This platform helps researchers provide health information to conduct research studies related to the health status.”
\nIt is worth noting that this platform is one among a number of platforms recently launched by the Information Systems Unit, including the interactive daily Covid 19 statistics platform, as well as the interactive platform for hospitals and primary care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
