The Egyptian medical delegation on the Gaza Strip<\/p>\n
An Egyptian medical delegation arrived in the Gaza Strip on Monday through Rafah crossing point south of the Gaza Strip. The delegation is expected to stay in for a week to conduct several surgeries and carry on clinical evaluations.<\/p>\n
According to an official in MOH-Gaza, the delegation included “ten medical and surgical specialists, such as cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, orthopedics, spine and surgery, deformities and limb reconstruction.”<\/p>\n
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported in its daily report that the delegation managed, on Saturday, to perform several complicated and exceptional surgeries.<\/p>\n
The report pointed to the fact that the operations were carried out in partnership with the local medical staff in Al-Shifa and European Gaza Hospitals.<\/p>\n
Dr. Ashraf Al-Qedra praised the government of Egypt and the people’s stances towards the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people, pointing out that the delegation is part of Egypt\u2019s support.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
