متابعة دورة جراحة المناظير

استكمالا لدورة جراحة المناظير والتي تنفذها الإدارة العامة لتنمية البشرية بالتعاون مع مؤسسة العون الطبي للفلسطينيين MAP-UK، لليوم الثاني على التوالي بإشراف استشاريين من الكلية الملكية للجراحين –بريطانيا أفاد د.ناصر رضوان مدير برنامج الدورات التدريبية (المهارات الجراحية الأساسية ودورة جراحة المناظير ) بانه خلال اليوم الثاني تم التدريب على كيفية التعامل مع الطرق المفتوحة لآلات المنظار الجراحي إلى داخل البطن مشيراً الى أنها من الطرق الآمنة المتعارف عليها طبياً للبدء في عملية جراحة المناظير .
كما تم التدريب على المهارات الأساسية في التعامل مع آلات المنظار الجراحي ومعرفة الفرق بينها وبين الآلات المستخدمة في عمليات الجراحة المفتوحة، إضافة إلى كيفية إجراء عقد الخيوط من خارج البطن وإدخالها داخل البطن . وأضاف أيضا إلى أنه تم التدريب على تشريح وربط وتدبيس وقص الأوعية وكيفية اجراء الغرز الجراحية داخل البطن وعقدها .
وأَضاف د.رضوان إلى المشاركة الفعالة من قبل الأطباء المتدربين وحرصهم على الاستفادة القصوى من البرنامج .
و تجدر الإشارة إلى ان هذه الدورة تعقد لمدة ثلاثة أيام بواقع 20ساعة تدريبية وهي ضمن برنامج التدريب على المهارات الأساسية في الجراحة والذي يتم بالشراكة مع وزارة الصحة ومؤسسة MAP-UK k والكلية الملكية للجراحين –بريطانيا ، والذي يهدف إلى إعداد مركز تدريبي في المهارات الجراحية معتمد من الكلية الملكية للجراحين .
HRD / Laparoscopic Surgery Training Program – Follow-Up In completion of the Laparoscopic Surgery Training Program implemented by the D.G of HRD in cooperation with the Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP UK) for the consecutive Second Day with the supervision of senior consultants from the Royal College of Surgeons – Britain During the second day of training, the trainees have been trained on the techniques of dealing with the open ways of the surgical laparoscope inside the abdomen, it is worth telling that these are safe ways medically recognized to start the operation of laparoscopic surgery The trainees have also been trained on the basic skills of dealing with the surgical laparoscope’s instruments, and recognizing the difference between them and the instruments used in open surgery operations. The trainees have been trained on Access and Closure, Basic Manipulation, Roeder Knot, Dissection and Clipping, Dissection and Roeder Knotting, and Knotting Intracorporeally. It is worth to indicate that the trainees have effectively participated in the training program and were enthusiastic to get the most possible benefit out of it. It is worth to inform that this training program has been organized for 3 days of 20 hour training within the training program of basic surgical skills implemented in partnership between the MOH, Medical Aid for Palestinians and the Royal College of Surgeons/Britain aiming at establishing a training center of surgical skills approved and certified by the Royal College of Surgeons
