Deputy Ministry of Health – Gaza receives a delegation from the northern governorates Palestinian Medical Council
The Deputy Ministry of Health, Dr. Youssef Abu Al-Rish, met a delegation from the General Secretariat of the Palestinian Medical Council from the northern governorates, headed by the Secretary-General of the Council, Dr. Fahd Al-Sayed and several members of the Council, along with the head of the Doctors Syndicate, Dr. Shawky Sobha.
During his welcoming speech, Dr. Abu Al-Rish expressed the Ministry of Health’s pride in the achievements of the Palestinian Medical Council, which are considered a real revolution in the medical education process.
Dr. Abu Al-Rish said that the Ministry of Health ” today the hospital abound with training and medical education centers, which keep pace with the scientific and medical educational development, reflecting the skills of doctors positively and thus improves the quality of service provided to patients.
The delegation of the General Secretariat of the Palestinian Medical Council arrived in the Gaza Strip from Ramallah yesterday evening to tour the medical training centers and programs in Gaza.
Meanwhile, the director of the Palestinian Medical Council in Gaza, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kashef said that the visit is a coordination between the Palestinian Medical Council and the Ministry of Health to empower the efforts made to improve the Medical Council’s decisions, which is reflected in the medical staff and thus on the quality of services and health care.
At the end of the meeting, Dr.Al-Kashef hoped that this visit would hold positive outcomes in a way that achieves the common good
