Deputy Minister of Health – Gaza, Dr. Yousef Abu Rish inaugurated the 6th Surgery Conference in Palestine, which was held at Al Mashtal Hotel with the participation of a wide local and international representatives. Dr. Yousef Abu Rish praised the role of medical staff in operation rooms, primary health care centers and emergency departments. Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Hajj, Director General of Hospitals, praised the distinguished attendance at the conference, where governmental and non-governmental institutions participated, stressing on the importance of the process in training and the development of competencies and cadres. Referring to the intension of launching the Palestinian board of vascular surgery soon.
