Dr Yousef Abu al-Rish participates in a workshop to discuss the medical liability law held by the Palestinian Legislative Council.

The deputy of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Yousef Abu al-Rish, participated in a workshop held by the education and community issues committees and the legal committee of the Palestinian Legislative Council to discuss the medical liability law.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Head of the Government Follow-Up Committee in Gaza, Dr Mohammed Al-Fara, the Fatwa and Legislation Bureau, the Ministry of Justice, and specialists in medical and legal work.

During the meeting, Dr Abu al-Rish reviewed the articles of the law that address the Legal Drafting Committee in the Legislative Council, as well as the importance of approving this law and its positive repercussions on the service provider and recipients at the same time.
