Palestinian Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Yousef Abu Al-Rish praised the efforts made by Caritas in confronting the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in Gaza, along with the other organizations supporting health facilities in the Gaza Strip.
Following a meeting between Dr. Abu AlRish, and the president of the organization Mr. Amin Sabbagh to discuss the most important topics of the health situation in Gaza as a result of the outbreak.
Dr. Abu Al-Rish pointed to the important role managed by Caritas institutions in telemedicine and the mobile clinics, and outreaching patients providing the necessary care within the prevention and safety measures.
Mr. Sabbagh praised the Deputy visit, which represents the integrative work in providing health care, praising at the same time the exceptional efforts made by the Ministry of Health through the specialized teams and committees to confront the pandemic and to ensure the continuity of providing health services at various levels.
In the end, Dr. Abu Al-Rish presented an appreciation certificate to the Foundation in recognition of its humanitarian and national role in providing health care during the pandemic outbreak.
