Dr Youssef Abu Al-Rish receives a delegation from the Rahma Foundation around the world

Dr. Youssef Abu Al-Rish, the Deputy Minister of Health, held a meeting with a delegation from the Rahma Foundation around the world. The delegation was headed by Dr Shadi Zaza and his deputy, Dr Adeeb Shweiki, and Mr Muhammad Abu Qadous, the Director of the Gaza Office. in the presence of Assistant Undersecretary Dr Abdul Latif Al-Hajj, Director General of Hospitals, Dr Muhammad Zaqout, Director General of International Cooperation and Projects, Dr Marwan Abu Saada, and the Ministry’s General Director, Dr Mounir Al-Barsh.

During the meeting, Dr. Abu Al-Rish provided updates on the current state of healthcare and strategies for improving services despite the ongoing challenges caused by the Gaza Strip blockade. , where the Israeli occupation remains a barrier to entering essential diagnostic medical equipment into Gaza hospitals, and there is a severe shortage of pharmaceutical stocks, particularly for oncology patients.

Dr. Abu Al-Rish conveyed his gratitude and appreciation to the Rahma Foundation worldwide for their unwavering dedication to implementing several supportive interventions that have greatly improved the healthcare services provided to patients.
