Medical staff at Nasser Medical Complex performs three operations at once for a fiftieth who suffers from multiple fractures

Doctors of the Orthopedic Department at Nasser Medical Complex performed three operations simultaneously on a patient suffering from multiple fractures.

In the details, Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shehadeh, a consultant and head of the orthopedic department at Nasser Medical Complex, stated that the 50-year-old patient arrived at the Emergency department suffering from multiple injuries, and first aid was provided upon his arrival.

The patient underwent the necessary medical examinations, which revealed a comminuted fracture in the left and the right forearm, a double fracture in the right leg, as well as brain hemorrhage, which required an urgent intervention to save his life, added Dr. Shehadeh.

Dr. Abu Shehadeh confirmed that the three operations were performed in less than an hour and a half to reduce the duration of anesthesia and prevent its harm to the patient, as the patient was stabilized and received the necessary treatment care.
