MOH-Gaza, Al-Awda Health, and Community Association sign an MOU to operate the Hala Shawa Health Center
The Palestinian Ministry of Health signed a memorandum of understanding with the Al-Awda Health and Community Association, with the aim of operating the Hala Al-Shawa Health Center to provide primary health care services to the residents of the Beit Lahia area and the surrounding areas.
The agreement stipulates that Al-Awda Association will operate the center and provide primary health care services, including general medicine, maternity and childhood health services, reproductive health, and the laboratory, in addition to chronic disease services for patients with government health insurance cards.
The agreement also stipulated the commitment of the Ministry of Health to provide medicines and medical supplies for chronic patients, in addition to the commitment of the Al-Awda Association to submit a periodic report on the progress of work in the center for the use of the Ministry of Health.
