Ministry of Health- Gaza held a coordination meeting this afternoon with the private and civil health service providers’ representatives to discuss developments of joint efforts and follow-up procedures related to providing health care during the COVID 19 pandemic.
Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Medhat Muheisen, said that the efforts made by private and civil health institutions along with the Ministry of Health ensure that the service is provided to patients in Gaza are not affected by the developments of the epidemiological situation in the Gaza Strip.
Dr.Muheisen noted that the medical teams undertook outreach patients’ initiative and provided them with the necessary treatment within the prevention and safety plan.
Dr. Muheisen commended on these institutions’ responsible role, as they work according to the available means.
