MOH-Gaza seeks ISO certificate for its labs
According to Mr. Shehda Barhoum, Director of the Laboratories and Blood Banks Unit, the Ministry of Health has partnered with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to evaluate a number of laboratories and blood banks in the Gaza Strip to determine the needs to equip them to obtain the ISO certificate.
Mr. Barhoum appreciated the evaluation team of ICRC and the FIND Foundation, as well as the General Directorate of International Cooperation for their efforts in coordinating the program.
