Ministry of Health in Gaza honored Dr. Mahmoud Daher who used to hold a position as WHO sub-office Director in Gaza marking the completion of his work and transition to other duties within WHO.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Yousef Abu Al-Rish, General-Director of International Cooperation Abdul Latif al-Hajj, and a number of international institutions representatives.
Dr. Abu Al-Rish praised Dr. Daher’s efforts in developing the health sector, and he commended on Dr. Daher’s dedication to his work where he worked for 16 years in difficult conditions and intense challenges, in spite of that he has achieved in cooperation with the MoH many successes.
