MoH in Gaza Launches its First Activity of QRCS Ultrasound Project

Department of Maternal and Child Health organized a training course on the use of new high-tech ultrasound devices, which is included in the project of “Developing Radiological Services in Primary Health Care Centers in Gaza”, supported by Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS).

Director of Maternal and Child Health Department Dr. Nahla Helles said that training medical staff on these devices aims to detect early congenital malformations in high-risk embryos and reduce referrals from primary care to hospitals and increase the quality of services provided.
